The Essex office is based just outside the city of Chelmsford. Covering from Tendring/Colchester in the North East of the County to Saffron Walden and Harlow in the West and South to Grays and Southend. The office also incorporates Maldon, Chelmsford, Braintree and Brentwood in the centre of the County.

The team is headed by Jon Drake, who, after 25 years of relationship management experience, joined Index to set up Essex. Having lived and worked in the area his whole life Jon is ideally placed to provide local solicitors and conveyencers with a unrivalled service due to his background and wealth of local knowledge.

Jon instils in his team his firm belief that a high level of service should be the norm not the exception, and this philosophy remains the driving force behind the continued success of the office.
